Here
we go: scientists and experts from more than 21 different
nations will be expected at Spitzingsee, 25th - 28th
of July.

"Art
in Science" - theme of the actual congress -
will become true at the opening ceremony at the famous
Walter
Storms Gallery, Munich, on the 25th of July.
A welcome reception as well as an art exhibition will
take place on this day. At the exhibition works of
Albert
Hien, a younger german sculptor and works of Sophie
Seitz and Markus Traub, Munich living photo designers
will be presented.
Like
a pilgrim
Prof. Hlavacek from Zlin, Czech Republic- well-known
for his replicas of the Özi shoes and pilgrim´s
shoes of the 16th century - will organize a traditional
pilgrim walk in replicas from the venue of Spitzingsee
to Birkenstein a small pilgram site in the Leitzach
vally.

2006 - Meeting on Science in Local Body Load (25th
- 28th of July 2006)
The
ESM is well known for it´s high scientific level.
Inter alia this year there will be following lectures:
-
intraoperative pedography
- intraarticular measurements of the talocrural joint
- measurements of feet of the diabetic, rheumatic
and neurologic patient or
- clinical gait analysis in trauma and reconstructive
surgery
- occupational diseases generated by vibrating tools
- the unstable shoe construction).
